What you will learn:
The difference between emotional goals and behaviour goals and why one needs more focus than the other if you’ve experienced trauma.
Learning about your values and why this must be the driving force behind your goal-setting.
Trauma-informed activities and exercises to keep you moving forward.
A greater understanding of what’s most important to you and how you can reach your goals - finally!
