Vision & Goal Setting Workshop

This workshop is for you if:

  • You feel overwhelmed with setting goals and intentions and need some guidance

  • Setting goals and intentions feels really scary and intimidating

  • You want to make progress but feel as though you’re “doing it wrong”

  • Struggle with trusting yourself to make changes in your life and would like some support

What you will learn:

  • The difference between emotional goals and behaviour goals and why one needs more focus than the other if you’ve experienced trauma.

  • Learning about your values and why this must be the driving force behind your goal-setting.

  • Trauma-informed activities and exercises to keep you moving forward.

  • A greater understanding of what’s most important to you and how you can reach your goals - finally!

The comfort of your own home via Zoom video conferencing
