+ What is it that you actually do?

I am a Trauma Therapist helping people with post-traumatic responses including PTSD and C-PTSD, anxiety, depression, dissociative behaviours, emotional dysfunction, hyper and hypoarousal. The services I offer are individual therapy and counselling support, offered solely online. This means, you can be anywhere in the world for me to support you. I combine the skills I have learned through my own post-traumatic responses as well as my qualifications in psychology and trauma-specific degrees to provide a person-centred approach to healing.

+ What kind of skills will I learn?

You will learn so many new skills including acceptance and commitment therapy skills, emotional regulation strategies, anxiety support, self-care practices and so much more.

+ Do you offer payment plans?

Absolutely. With the crisis we have all faced in the last 18 months, offering affordable mental health support became my number ONE priority. I have a range of payment plans to suit your financial situation.

+ Do you accept mental health care plans?

Unfortunately, Medicare is yet to keep up and do not currently offer support for Therapists, Counsellors and Psychotherapists. We do hope this changes in the future and more recognition is received. I do, however, offer affordable payment plans that are often less than the gap fee.

+ I can’t afford therapy but I REALLY need some help. What do I do??

I hear this often and it truly hurts my heart.
